These terms apply when you use Cadet Dream ("the app"), made by Cadet Dream ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.

Your licence
You download the app from Apple's App Store. Your licence to use it is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add the points below, which are specific to Cadet Dream.
What the app is, and what it is not
- The app is a study aid for people preparing for pilot cadet selection. It is for education only.
- It is not official. Cadet Dream is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any airline, flight school, the Civil Aviation Department or any other regulator. Organisations are named only to describe public facts.
- Recruitment requirements, selection steps and dates change. Always check the official announcements of the organisation you apply to. Where they differ from the app, the official announcement prevails.
- Nothing in the app is medical advice, aviation-authority guidance or flight instruction. It does not replace a qualified instructor, an aviation medical examiner or the official manuals and regulations.
- Using the app does not guarantee that you will pass any test, interview or selection.
Content and illustrations
- Study content is compiled from public sources, such as aviation handbooks and official accident investigation reports. Each item links to its source where possible. Reports and handbooks remain the work of their publishers; summaries and questions in the app are ours.
- Illustrations marked "AI-generated" were created with artificial-intelligence tools. They are for illustration only and do not show real events, aircraft or people accurately.
- We try to keep content accurate and up to date, but it may contain mistakes. Always rely on the official source: where the app differs from an official handbook, report or announcement, the official source prevails. If you find a mistake, please tell us.
Your data
What you write and the photos you add belong to you and stay on your iPhone (see the Privacy Policy). We cannot recover them for you. Use "Export my data" in Settings if you want a copy.
Subscriptions
Some features need a paid subscription.
- The name, length and price of each subscription are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price shown for that subscription.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in the iPhone Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. We cannot issue refunds.
- If you reinstall the app or use a new iPhone, use "Restore purchases" to unlock your subscription again.
Fair use
Do not copy, sell or republish the app's content, and do not try to take the app apart or get around the subscription.
Limits of our responsibility
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on its content or by data lost from your device. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will show the new date above. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

本應用程式的性質
- 本應用程式是供準備報考見習機師選拔人士使用的溫習工具，只作教育用途。
- 本應用程式並非官方產品。Cadet Dream 與任何航空公司、航空學校、民航處或其他監管機構均無關連，亦未獲其認可。內容提及任何機構，只為陳述公開事實。
- 招募要求、選拔程序及日期或會改變，請以你報考機構的官方公佈為準。如與本應用程式內容不符，以官方公佈為準。
- 本應用程式的任何內容均不構成醫療建議、航空當局指引或飛行訓練，亦不能取代合資格教官、航空體檢醫生，或官方手冊及規例。
- 使用本應用程式並不保證你能通過任何測驗、面試或選拔。
內容及插圖
- 學習內容根據公開資料整理，例如航空手冊及官方事故調查報告，並盡可能附上來源連結。報告及手冊屬其出版機構所有；本應用程式內的摘要及題目由我們撰寫。
- 標示為「AI 生成」的插圖以人工智能工具製作，只作示意，並不準確反映真實事件、飛機或人物。
- 我們盡力確保內容準確及適時更新，但內容仍可能有錯漏，一切以官方來源為準：如本應用程式內容與官方手冊、報告或公佈不符，以官方來源為準。如發現錯誤，歡迎告知我們。
你的資料
你寫下的內容及加入的相片屬於你，並保存在你的 iPhone 上（見私隱政策）。我們無法為你復原這些資料。如需副本，請在「設定」中使用「匯出資料」。
訂閱
部分功能須付費訂閱。
- 各訂閱項目的名稱、期限及價格，會在你購買前於本應用程式內列明。
- 確認購買時，費用會從你的 Apple ID 收取。
- 除非你在當期結束前最少 24 小時關閉自動續期，否則訂閱會自動續期。
- 續期費用會在當期結束前 24 小時內，按該訂閱列明的價格從你的 Apple ID 收取。
- 你可在 iPhone「設定」中點按你的名稱，再點按「訂閱項目」，管理或取消訂閱。取消後不會再續期，但你仍可使用至已付費期限完結為止。
- 如提供免費試用，購買訂閱後，試用期的剩餘部分即告失效。
- 退款由 Apple 按其政策處理，我們無法直接退款。
- 如重新安裝本應用程式或改用另一部 iPhone，請使用「恢復購買」重新解鎖訂閱。
合理使用
請勿複製、出售或轉載本應用程式的內容，亦不得嘗試拆解本應用程式或繞過訂閱。
責任限制
本應用程式按「現狀」提供。在法律容許的範圍內，我們對因依賴其內容，或因你裝置上的資料遺失而引致的任何損失，概不負責。本條款並不限制你根據香港特別行政區法律不能被限制的任何權利。
條款的修改
我們可能會更新本條款，並在上方顯示新的日期。修改後你繼續使用本應用程式，即適用新條款。
適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，香港法院具非專屬司法管轄權。
