Cadet Dream ("the app") is made by Cadet Dream ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.

The short version
- Everything you do in the app stays on your iPhone. We have no servers that receive it.
- There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.
- Subscriptions are sold by Apple. To check whether you have one, the app uses a service called RevenueCat, which receives random identifiers and your purchase records. It does not receive your name, email or anything you write in the app.
What stays on your iPhone
The app keeps the following in its own private storage on your iPhone:
- your study progress, review schedule and daily goal;
- your settings (language, exam date, reminder time);
- your interview answers;
- your flight journal: notes, flight details, milestones and the photos you add;
- your profile nickname and profile picture.
We cannot see this data and we do not upload it. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, iOS may include this data in that backup. Apple handles those backups, not us.
Camera and photos
The app uses the camera or your photo library only when you tap "Add photo". It keeps a copy of the photo you take or choose, inside the app, and never uploads it. iOS asks for your permission first. You can change this at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
Reminders
If you turn on the daily reminder, iOS schedules a notification on your iPhone. No server is involved.
Exporting and deleting your data
"Export my data" in Settings creates a file on your iPhone and opens the iOS share sheet. You choose where the file goes. We do not receive it.
"Delete all data" in Settings removes everything listed above from the app. Deleting the app also removes it.
Subscriptions and RevenueCat
Payments are handled by Apple. We never see your card or payment details.
To find out whether you have an active subscription, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). When the app opens, and when you buy or restore a subscription, RevenueCat receives:
- a random ID that the app creates on your iPhone (it is not your name, email or Apple ID);
- your in-app purchase records from Apple: which subscription, price, currency, and purchase and renewal dates;
- technical details sent with each request: app and iOS version, iPhone model, language settings, the country of your App Store account, your IP address, and the identifier iOS gives this app on your iPhone (the "identifier for vendor", which changes if you delete all apps from us).
We use this only to unlock the features you paid for. It is not used for advertising and it is not linked to your identity. RevenueCat's own privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Links to other websites
Some screens link to public sources, such as official accident reports and aviation handbooks. These open in your web browser. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
Children
The app is meant for people preparing for pilot cadet selection. It is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
You can see, change or delete everything the app stores at any time, inside the app. If you want us to ask RevenueCat to delete your purchase records, or you have any question about your personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), contact us. Because we do not know who you are, we may ask you for the receipt of your purchase so we can find the right records.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date above. If a change affects what leaves your iPhone, we will also say so in the app's release notes.

重點

保存在你 iPhone 上的資料

- 你的設定（語言、考試日期、提醒時間）；
- 你的面試答案；
- 你的飛行日誌：筆記、飛行資料、里程碑及你加入的相片；
- 你的個人檔案暱稱及頭像。
我們看不到這些資料，亦不會上載。如你使用 iCloud 備份，或把 iPhone 備份到電腦，iOS 可能會把這些資料一併備份。該等備份由 Apple 處理，與我們無關。
相機及相片
本應用程式只會在你點按「加入相片」時使用相機或相片圖庫，並只在本應用程式內保存你拍攝或選取的相片副本，絕不上載。iOS 會先徵求你的同意；你可隨時在 iPhone「設定」中更改。
提醒
如你開啟每日提醒，iOS 會在你的 iPhone 上排定通知，過程不涉及任何伺服器。
匯出及刪除資料
在「設定」中選擇「匯出資料」，本應用程式會在你的 iPhone 上建立一個檔案，並開啟 iOS 分享表單，由你決定檔案的去向。我們不會收到該檔案。
在「設定」中選擇「刪除全部資料」，會從本應用程式刪除上述所有資料。刪除本應用程式亦會一併刪除這些資料。
訂閱及 RevenueCat
付款由 Apple 處理，我們不會看到你的信用卡或付款資料。
為確認你是否有有效訂閱，本應用程式使用 RevenueCat（RevenueCat, Inc.）。每次開啟本應用程式，以及你購買或恢復訂閱時，RevenueCat 會收到：
- 本應用程式在你 iPhone 上產生的隨機識別碼（並非你的姓名、電郵或 Apple ID）；
- Apple 提供的 App 內購買紀錄：訂閱項目、價格、貨幣，以及購買及續期日期；
- 每次請求附帶的技術資料：應用程式及 iOS 版本、iPhone 型號、語言設定、你的 App Store 帳戶所屬國家或地區、你的 IP 位址，以及 iOS 在你 iPhone 上給予本應用程式的識別碼（「供應商識別碼」，刪除我們的所有應用程式後會改變）。
我們只會用這些資料為你解鎖已付費的功能。這些資料不會用於廣告，亦不會與你的身分連結。RevenueCat 的私隱政策載於 revenuecat.com/privacy。
其他網站的連結
部分畫面附有公開資料來源的連結，例如官方事故報告及航空手冊。這些連結會在你的網頁瀏覽器開啟；該等網站各有其私隱政策。
兒童
本應用程式供準備報考見習機師選拔的人士使用，並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象。
你的權利
你可隨時在本應用程式內查閱、修改或刪除其保存的全部資料。如你希望我們要求 RevenueCat 刪除你的購買紀錄，或對《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）下你的個人資料有任何查詢，請與我們聯絡。由於我們不知道你的身分，我們或會請你提供購買收據，以便找出相關紀錄。
本政策的修改
如我們修改本政策，會在本頁更新內容及上述日期。如修改涉及離開你 iPhone 的資料，我們亦會在本應用程式的版本更新說明中註明。
